Seasonal adjustments 2024 – PLEASE READ
There is a temporary change to how we are taking bookings due to seasonal staffing. If you are booking patients in between Monday 23rd December and Friday 3rd January please use this form. A member of our admin staff will reach out to the patient to book them in to the earliest appointment that works for them.
