We are Prism
PRISM is Bristol’s free, specialist drug and alcohol support for LGBTQ+ people.
Whether you’re thinking of stopping or want to continue in a less harmful way we can support you.
Our knowledgeable and non-judgemental team offer the following services:
- Confidential one-to-one support
- Help to change, take a break or stop
- Harm reduction information and safer using advice
- Safer injecting advice and equipment
When and where does PRISM take place?
Every Thursday, 5 – 8pm at our Brunswick Court building, look out for our logo on the main door.
Our building is accessible for people with mobility issues or using a wheelchair. Please give us a call in advance to make sure we give you the best possible service.

How to access PRISM
You can engage with PRISM in a wide range of ways.
You can book a one-to-one session with us that can be face-to-face, on the phone or online.
Visit our Thursday evening drop-in session where you can get brief harm reduction advice or get clean injecting equipment.
