The role:

Do you enjoy the challenge of working with clients experiencing multiple disadvantages? Are you interested in joining a multi-agency team to support some of Bristol’s most vulnerable women?


We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about using a trauma informed approach to provide person-centred care & advocacy for women experiencing multiple disadvantage.

The successful candidate will join the Link Team at Second Step, a multidisciplinary team whose role is to find creative solutions for individuals to access services, improve wellbeing and increase stability.

The service works with a group of 30 individuals who are experiencing (or at imminent risk of) homelessness, experiencing severe emotional distress associated with their mental health and who have unmet needs around their substance use. This particular post will primarily work with female service users.
